How We Run Fence.

Temporary chain-link fence for jobsites, events, and secure staging. Standard 6-ft panels with driven-post or concrete-block anchors depending on ground type and wind exposure. Gates are included — walk-gate or vehicle-gate panels. We install, we take it down, and we haul it away. Privacy mesh (green or black) adds $0.75/linear foot and comes pre-installed. Barbed-wire toppers are available for secure storage yards — ask dispatch for the spec. All installs are measured against the site plan before we roll a truck. Expect a 24–48 hour install window after the quote is accepted.

How quickly can you install a perimeter?
Most ≤500 ft runs install within 24–48 hours of quote acceptance. Longer or complex runs are scheduled against crew availability — dispatch confirms at booking.
Do I need a city permit for a temporary fence?
In the City of Houston, temporary construction fencing on the project property does not require a permit. ROW or sidewalk encroachment does. Fort Bend County has similar rules. Call dispatch if you're unsure.
Can the fence handle hurricane-season winds?
Standard post-driven installs handle 40 mph sustained. For named-storm events, we'll either lay panels flat or pull the install — included in your rental at no extra charge.
Can I rent a gate kit separately?
Gates come with the perimeter by default (one walk or vehicle gate per 500 ft). Additional gates are $75 per walk gate, $150 per vehicle gate.
Do you install on concrete slabs?
Yes. We use concrete-block anchors rather than driven posts on slab. Same panels, same price, just different anchoring. Tell dispatch when you book.
What's the longest you'll rent a fence?
No max. Our longest active run is 18 months. Volume pricing kicks in at week 6.
Can privacy mesh be added mid-rental?
Yes, usually in 24 hours. Priced at $0.75/LF/week plus a one-time $150 install fee.
