▶ Why Municipal Crews Switch

The Problems We Solve.

Problem 01

Public-sector prequal is a project of its own

Vendor diversity questionnaires, COI minimums, OSHA log thresholds, certified payroll cooperation. We've already done the paperwork for most Houston-area municipal portals.

Problem 02

ADA compliance isn't optional

Public-facing jobs require ADA-compliant restrooms — period. We size and stage ADA units at booking, no scramble at inspection.

Problem 03

ROW permits eat schedule if you let them

Houston Public Works ROW, Fort Bend County engineer's office, TxDOT corridor permits — each has its own desk and its own turnaround. We pull them at cost and run them in parallel with mobilization.

Problem 04

Prevailing-wage and certified-payroll cooperation

Davis-Bacon documentation, weekly certified payroll, MBE/WBE acknowledgement when applicable. We know the format and we keep the records.

▶ How We Run It

Municipal, Day-to-Day.

Municipal and public works projects are a different ballgame. The work itself isn't more complex — but the documentation around it is. Vendor prequal, ADA compliance, prevailing-wage cooperation, ROW permits, and bilingual signage are all defaults, not options. We've done the paperwork. We're vendor-prequalified for City of Houston Public Works, Fort Bend County, and most incorporated Fort Bend cities. We're set up for Davis-Bacon documentation, certified-payroll cooperation, and standard MBE/WBE acknowledgement. ADA-compliant restrooms ship as the default on any public-funded project. ROW permits get pulled in parallel with mobilization — not sequentially. For TxDOT corridor work and federally-funded projects, give us the project number at booking and we'll match the documentation format your funding source expects.

Municipal FAQ

Questions municipal buyers ask dispatch before they sign on.

Are you vendor-prequalified with City of Houston?
Yes. Public Works ROW, Permits & Land Use, and Solid Waste vendor portals. Tell us the project number and we'll pull our prequal docs into your portal.
Do you handle Davis-Bacon and certified payroll cooperation?
Yes. We submit weekly certified payroll cooperation documentation and Davis-Bacon prevailing-wage acknowledgements as required by funding source.
Can you pull ROW permits on our behalf?
Yes. We pull City of Houston ROW, Fort Bend County engineer's office, and TxDOT corridor permits at cost. Typical turnaround 48 hours; emergency work expedited.
Is ADA-compliant restroom standard or upgrade?
Standard on public-funded projects. We size at booking and never charge separately for the ADA spec on municipal work.
Do you support MBE/WBE / DBE diversity requirements?
We acknowledge and document. We're not currently a certified MBE/WBE/DBE — but we coordinate with diversity vendors when required by the prime contract.
