Fuel, restrooms, dumpsters, fence, billing, and coverage — the things Houston buyers ask dispatch before they order. No prices here: this is B2B, so your rep quotes your rate.
Fuel
- Do you deliver diesel to my jobsite the same day?
- In Greater Houston, order by about 10 a.m. and we aim for same-day. The norm, not a contractual guarantee.
- Do you self-deliver gasoline?
- No — diesel only. Gasoline, bulk, and specialty fuel are arranged through licensed, HAZMAT-certified partners on the same ticket.
- Clear vs. off-road (dyed) diesel — which do I need?
- Clear for anything plated that touches a public road; off-road dyed (tax-exempt) for non-highway equipment and generators. We verify at setup.
- Do you provide DEF?
- Yes — DEF delivered alongside your diesel, jugs or bulk totes, on the same invoice.
- Can you keep my tank or generator full on a schedule?
- Yes — keep-full and scheduled top-offs are how most fuel accounts buy.
- How do I know I got the gallons I paid for?
- Every fill is metered and you sign the pump-meter ticket — copy in hand and emailed. No GPS estimates.
- Do you rent fuel tanks?
- Yes — 250- or 500-gallon on-site tanks with a pump, on a monthly rental.
- Do you do emergency after-hours fills?
- On a best-effort basis at a premium — good for storm outages and down machines. No guaranteed clock.
Events
- Can you size restrooms for my event?
- Yes — give us guest count, hours, and whether alcohol is served; we size units, ADA, and hand-wash exactly.
- Do you have ADA and hand-wash units?
- Yes — ADA-compliant units and hand-wash stations. Public events must provide ADA access.
- Can you fuel our event generators?
- Yes — scheduled diesel across the run; after-hours top-offs best-effort.
- Do you have flushing restroom trailers for upscale events?
- Yes — quoted separately; ask your rep.
- How are multi-day events serviced?
- Between days, twice daily at high traffic, with a timestamped photo each visit.
Dumpsters
- What size do I need?
- Heavy debris (concrete, tile, dirt) → smaller box or split loads to stay under the tonnage cap; general C&D → 20-yard; big cleanouts/demo → 30–40. Dispatch right-sizes it.
- Can you drop same-day?
- In Greater Houston, order by about 10 a.m. for same-day placement.
- How does tonnage work?
- Each box includes a tonnage cap; overage is billed per ton at a rate stated on your quote before drop.
- What can't go in it?
- Hazardous waste, liquids, tires, batteries, freon appliances. Ask dispatch if unsure.
- Can I swap or keep it longer?
- Yes — swaps on one call; extended-hold rate is on the quote.
Fence
- How fast can you install?
- In most cases the perimeter goes up same day or within 24–48 hours of the quote.
- Do you offer privacy or wind screen?
- Yes — by the linear foot, added to the panels.
- Do I need a permit?
- Only for right-of-way or sidewalk encroachment; if so, we pull it at cost. See our fence-permit guide.
- Who takes it down?
- We do — one call, no haul-away surprise.
Accounts & billing
- What does net-30 mean and how do I qualify?
- Due 30 days from invoice; qualify with a quick credit review and signed agreement. New accounts may start on first-order terms.
- Can I get one invoice for all services and sites?
- Yes — one consolidated monthly statement, itemized by site, service, and equipment tag.
- Do you provide a COI and W-9?
- Yes — COI emailed on request, W-9 on request; fast vendor-prequal.
- Are there hidden surcharges?
- No — flat, all-in quotes; no fuel or environmental add-ons after the fact.
Coverage
- Where do you serve?
- Greater Houston and its suburbs, plus the Rio Grande Valley/McAllen. Not Austin or statewide.
- Is the RGV same-day?
- The Valley runs scheduled routes rather than Houston same-day; dispatch gives the next real window.
- Do you own your trucks?
- We coordinate through a vetted network of licensed haulers, subs, and fuel partners and self-deliver diesel in-zone.
