Property management is a recurring-revenue model — for you and for us. We set up a master account, link each managed property as a sub-account, and bill the way you need: per-property charge-back, regional roll-up, or owner-level summary.
For turnover and eviction work, the standing arrangement is: one call (or text, or portal request) gets a container on the property within the same day, work order tagged to the unit, photos of the load on dispatch's phone. Same-day pickup. Invoice rolled into the monthly per-property summary.
For HOAs and master-planned communities, we already know which boards require advance notice, which prefer overnight staging, and which have specific vendor uniform/cleanliness rules. Tell us your portfolio and we'll already know most of the etiquette.
