How it works

From call to crew in 4 steps.

  1. 01

    Send the Scope

Drawings, photos or a walk-through. Tell us what comes out, what stays, what the owner keeps, and the working hours.

  2. 02

    Get the Bid

A lump-sum bid with haul-off tonnage, overage rate and every exclusion written on its face. Time and materials for small or open-ended jobs.

  3. 03

    Demo Day

Our crew protects what stays, takes out what goes, and loads roll-offs as it works. Fence and restrooms can land the same day.

  4. 04

    Broom-Clean Handover

Debris hauled, floor broom-clean, and the space handed back ready for the next trade.

The deep dive

How we run demolition.

SolidSite provides interior and selective demolition across Greater Houston. Ceilings, flooring, non-structural walls, fixtures, millwork and finishes come out to the scope you hand us, and everything that stays is protected. Slab and flatwork removal for plumbing trenches and re-pours is bid per scope. Haul-off rides in SolidSite roll-offs on the same bid, and every disposal line on our proposals states the included tonnage and the overage rate, so there are no open-ended disposal charges. Temporary fence around the work area and crew restrooms go on the same ticket. Asbestos surveys and abatement, utility disconnects and engineering are by others and are listed as exclusions on every bid.

Demolition FAQ

Questions we get from Houston, Fort Bend, and RGV crews about interior & selective demolition.

What demolition work can I request?
We provide commercial strip-outs, tenant turnovers and slab removal to the approved scope. Dumpsters, restrooms and fence can go on the same ticket.
Is haul-off included?
Yes, in SolidSite roll-offs. Every proposal states the tonnage included per container and the overage rate per ton, so disposal is never open-ended.
Do you handle asbestos?
No. An asbestos survey is required before most commercial demolition and renovation, and any asbestos found is removed by a licensed abatement contractor before we start. We'll ask for the survey when we bid.
Lump sum or time and materials?
Lump sum for defined scopes. Time and materials for small or open-ended work, such as tear-out after a water loss.
Can you work nights or weekends?
Yes, for occupied retail and office sites. Night and weekend shifts are quoted at a premium.
Are you insured?
Yes — workers' compensation and general liability. We send a COI on request.
What's excluded?
Asbestos and lead surveys and abatement, utility disconnects, structural engineering and shoring, and permits unless the bid says otherwise. Every exclusion is written on the proposal.
