Why Construction crews switch

The Problems We Solve.

Problem 01

Six vendors = six places for the schedule to break

Most jobs juggle a dumpster company, a restroom company, a fence company, a fuel vendor, and a sign shop. When one slips, the whole crew sits. We replace all six with one phone number and one accountable dispatcher.

Problem 02

AP hates 30 line items per month

One PO covers every service. One invoice per month per project. Net-30 on qualified accounts. Your AP person stops hunting receipts and your superintendent stops chasing vendor names.

Problem 03

Mid-job changes don't move at vendor speed

Need a 30-yarder swapped to a 40 by tomorrow morning? Add two restrooms when crew size doubled? A fence segment moved? One call, same dispatcher, same day across most of Greater Houston.

Problem 04

OSHA walks shouldn't be a fire drill

We size restroom counts to OSHA 1926.51(c) at booking. Bilingual signage is standard. We pull ROW permits when the fence touches sidewalk. Compliance is a default, not a scramble.

Same-Day Construction. Lock It In.

How we run it

Construction, Day-to-Day.

Construction is the core of our book. We stage every service against the schedule you hand us at preconstruction and adjust as phases shift — a bigger box when demo runs hot, more restrooms when the crew doubles, fuel on a keep-full route so the iron starts every shift full. Most long-running accounts start with one service and end up running the whole site on one ticket. On the paperwork side: COI on file, W-9 on request, and fast movement through builder vendor portals. We coordinate the work through vetted licensed haulers and fuel partners — you get one dispatcher who can move any of it and one monthly invoice tagged by phase, not four vendors to chase.

Construction FAQ

Questions construction buyers ask dispatch before they sign on.

Can you keep our equipment fueled on-site?
Yes — on-site diesel on a keep-full route, metered and ticketed per machine so fuel pushes straight to job cost. Gasoline and bulk run through licensed HAZMAT partners.
Can SolidSite handle our vendor prequal?
Yes. COI on file, W-9 available on request, OSHA log clean, drug program in place. We're already in most major builder vendor portals — tell us yours and we'll start the application same-day.
How do you handle billing across multiple project phases?
PO is set up once per project. Invoices can be issued per phase, per month, or weekly — whichever your AP prefers. Each line item is tagged so you can match it back to the work order.
Do you do night and weekend deliveries for active builds?
Saturday delivery is standard. Sundays are a flat surcharge. Night deliveries are case-by-case and usually require a 24-hour heads-up — call dispatch.
What happens if we need to add or change services mid-job?
Same dispatcher, same number, same day. Add a restroom because crew doubled? One call. Move a fence segment because plans changed? One call. We don't run change orders for adjustments under our roof.
Are you set up for federal-funded or municipal jobs?
Yes. ADA-compliant restrooms, prevailing-wage acknowledgement, certified-payroll cooperation, and Davis-Bacon documentation as required.
