- Do you own the fuel trucks?
- We self-deliver diesel in-zone and coordinate gasoline, bulk, and specialty fuel through licensed, HAZMAT-certified partners. SolidSite is not itself HAZMAT-certified.
- What documentation do we get per fill?
- A signed, metered pump-meter ticket per delivery — gallons, fuel type, time, equipment — archived to your account. No GPS logs; a number you can reconcile.
- Do you cover the RGV locally or haul everything up from Houston?
- The Valley runs on local haulers we've vetted — their own drivers, schedules, and lanes — dispatched separately from Houston, so RGV work isn't an afterthought run up from HQ. We don't operate an owned fleet; we coordinate the trucks and stand behind the ticket.
- Can you handle the documentation our auditor needs?
- Yes. Signed pump-meter tickets per delivery, DOT-compliant driver paperwork, archived for your retention window. Gasoline and bulk/specialty handled through licensed, HAZMAT-certified partners. Tell us what your auditor needs and we'll match the format.
- Do you sell off-road (dyed) diesel?
- Yes. Off-road diesel is tax-exempt and legal for non-highway equipment only. We verify the application at first delivery and re-verify quarterly.
- Can you stage trailer restrooms for extended pad operations?
- Yes. Trailer-mounted multi-stall units with onboard water, lighting, and winterization for Nov–Feb. Sized for crews of 8–24 with extended dwell.
- What's your emergency / after-hours response?
- We take after-hours calls for fuel and dispatch on a best-effort basis through our partners — after-hours rates may apply. In the Valley, generator-down calls are prioritized when capacity allows, but no fixed arrival clock is guaranteed.
