▶ Why Oil & Gas Crews Switch

The Problems We Solve.

Problem 01

Fuel windows kill productivity

Pad equipment runs dry, crew sits idle, day rate keeps ticking. Recurring weekly fuel routes from a vendor that knows your pad geometry beats a one-off run from a vendor learning the access road.

Problem 02

Standard restrooms don't survive a 12-month pad

Trailer-mounted multi-stall units with onboard water, lighting, and winterization. Designed for long-duration crews on remote sites — not weekend events.

Problem 03

Compliance documentation is its own job

GPS-logged fuel deliveries, signed pump-meter tickets, DOT-certified drivers, spill kits per 49 CFR 172. Every delivery generates the paperwork your auditor wants without you asking.

Problem 04

RGV vendors who actually live there

We stage trucks locally in McAllen — not haul them in from Houston when you call. Same-day dispatch across the Valley with drivers who know Sharyland, Mission, and Edinburg by reputation.

▶ How We Run It

Oil & Gas, Day-to-Day.

Oil & gas is a separate dispatch operation for us — dedicated RGV trucks, dedicated relationships, dedicated documentation. We don't haul Houston trucks down to the Valley when you call; we have local drivers staged who run Sharyland, Mission, McAllen, and Edinburg as their primary territory. For drilling and workover, fuel is the main relationship — locked weekly rates, predictable routing, signed pump-meter tickets you can hand straight to AP. For midstream and ops yards, secure perimeter, signage, and recurring restroom service round it out. Hotshot covers the rest: parts to the pad, mats to the yard, rig parts when something goes down at 2 AM.

Oil & Gas FAQ

Questions oil & gas buyers ask dispatch before they sign on.

Do you have dedicated RGV trucks or do you haul from Houston?
Dedicated RGV trucks staged locally. Houston is HQ but RGV is its own dispatch operation with its own drivers, schedules, and lanes.
Can you handle the documentation our auditor needs?
Yes. Signed pump-meter tickets per delivery, GPS routing logs archived 7 years, DOT-compliant driver paperwork, HAZMAT certifications on file. Tell us what your auditor needs and we'll match the format.
Do you sell off-road (dyed) diesel?
Yes. Off-road diesel is tax-exempt and legal for non-highway equipment only. We verify the application at first delivery and re-verify quarterly.
Can you stage trailer restrooms for extended pad operations?
Yes. Trailer-mounted multi-stall units with onboard water, lighting, and winterization for Nov–Feb. Sized for crews of 8–24 with extended dwell.
What's your emergency / after-hours response?
24/7 dispatch on fuel and hotshot. After-hours rate applies, but the truck rolls. Most generator-down or rig-down calls in the Valley are responded to within 2–3 hours.
