Why Oil & Gas crews switch

The Problems We Solve.

Problem 01

Fuel windows kill productivity

Pad equipment runs dry, crew sits idle, day rate keeps ticking. Recurring weekly fuel routes from a vendor that knows your pad geometry beats a one-off run from a vendor learning the access road.

Problem 02

Standard restrooms don't survive a 12-month pad

Trailer-mounted multi-stall units with onboard water, lighting, and winterization. Designed for long-duration crews on remote sites — not weekend events.

Problem 03

Compliance documentation is its own job

Signed pump-meter tickets, timestamped photo proof, DOT-compliant drivers, spill kits per 49 CFR 172. Every delivery generates the paperwork your auditor wants without you asking.

Problem 04

RGV coverage that isn't an afterthought

The Valley runs on local licensed haulers we've vetted — their own drivers, schedules, and lanes — dispatched separately from Houston, not run up from HQ when you call. We coordinate the trucks and stand behind the ticket. Best-effort scheduling across Sharyland, Mission, McAllen, and Edinburg.

How we run it

Oil & Gas, Day-to-Day.

For oilfield operations, fuel is the main relationship — scheduled diesel so pad and support equipment don't sit idle waiting on a one-off run, every fill metered and captured on a signed ticket your AP and auditor can rely on. We coordinate diesel delivery in-zone and route gasoline, bulk, and specialty loads through licensed, HAZMAT-certified fuel partners. Around the fuel we add long-run restroom service, secure perimeter fence for pads and equipment yards, and roll-offs for workover cleanup and mat haul-off — all on one ticket, one invoice. The Valley runs on local licensed haulers we've vetted and dispatch separately from Houston. We serve Greater Houston and the RGV; we don't overpromise a service area or a guaranteed clock we can't hold, and we don't run an owned fleet or GPS telematics — the signed, metered ticket is the proof.

Oil & Gas FAQ

Questions oil & gas buyers ask dispatch before they sign on.

Do you own the fuel trucks?
We self-deliver diesel in-zone and coordinate gasoline, bulk, and specialty fuel through licensed, HAZMAT-certified partners. SolidSite is not itself HAZMAT-certified.
What documentation do we get per fill?
A signed, metered pump-meter ticket per delivery — gallons, fuel type, time, equipment — archived to your account. No GPS logs; a number you can reconcile.
Do you cover the RGV locally or haul everything up from Houston?
The Valley runs on local haulers we've vetted — their own drivers, schedules, and lanes — dispatched separately from Houston, so RGV work isn't an afterthought run up from HQ. We don't operate an owned fleet; we coordinate the trucks and stand behind the ticket.
Can you handle the documentation our auditor needs?
Yes. Signed pump-meter tickets per delivery, DOT-compliant driver paperwork, archived for your retention window. Gasoline and bulk/specialty handled through licensed, HAZMAT-certified partners. Tell us what your auditor needs and we'll match the format.
Do you sell off-road (dyed) diesel?
Yes. Off-road diesel is tax-exempt and legal for non-highway equipment only. We verify the application at first delivery and re-verify quarterly.
Can you stage trailer restrooms for extended pad operations?
Yes. Trailer-mounted multi-stall units with onboard water, lighting, and winterization for Nov–Feb. Sized for crews of 8–24 with extended dwell.
What's your emergency / after-hours response?
We take after-hours calls for fuel and dispatch on a best-effort basis through our partners — after-hours rates may apply. In the Valley, generator-down calls are prioritized when capacity allows, but no fixed arrival clock is guaranteed.
