How We Run Fuel.

On-site fuel delivery for equipment fleets, generators, and storage tanks. We run dyed (off-road) diesel, clear diesel, and regular 87 gasoline with our own bobtail trucks. Billing is straightforward — pump-meter ticketed on delivery with a signed slip. Scheduled recurring runs are the way most clients buy — weekly or bi-weekly topoffs for an active jobsite, monthly for a stored generator. Emergency one-off fills are available but price-per-gallon runs higher. All drivers are HAZMAT-certified and carry spill kits. Every delivery is logged by GPS for your records.

Can you fuel multiple pieces of equipment in one visit?
Yes. One delivery ticket covers multiple fills at the same site. Each fill is metered separately for accounting.
Do you sell dyed (off-road) diesel?
Yes. Off-road diesel is tax-exempt and legal for non-highway equipment only. We verify the application at first delivery.
How is fuel priced?
Daily rack price + a delivery spread based on volume and route. Locked weekly rates available for recurring accounts — ask dispatch.
What's the minimum delivery size?
100 gallons on one-off deliveries. No minimum on weekly-route accounts since the truck's already in the area.
Can you deliver outside of business hours?
Yes — 24/7 emergency fills for generator outages or critical equipment. Premium rate applies.
Do you provide fuel usage reports?
Yes. Monthly report by equipment tag for job-costing and fleet accounting. Pull historical data back 18 months on request.
What about fuel polishing or tank cleaning?
We offer quarterly fuel polishing (removes water and sediment) on tanks 500+ gallons. Flat $125 per visit on recurring accounts.
